Charlie Lawshe provides onsite management and land acquisition for The Eagle Group’s Florida development initiatives. He performs a vital role in the implementation and execution of pre-development strategies and construction.

Charlie’s 30 years of experience includes residential and commercial management and brokerage, construction management, and hardscape construction estimating and management. He has held management or consulting positions with leading developers and general contractors in Texas, California, Colorado and a number of Florida beach and resort communities.

A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a major in real estate, Charlie also holds a CPM accreditation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
